By accessing or using the iResto website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any restaurant, food-safety, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your business.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan and billing period you select. Pricing and billing details will be confirmed before your subscription starts.
Intellectual property
The iResto platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated, or if required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with your plan's terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iResto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iResto is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
